Lack of Equipment Hinders Kansas Rescue

Search and rescue operations continue in Greensburg, Kansas, after a tornado tore through the town last weekend.

Gov. Kathleen Sebelius says the state's emergency response has been hampered by the lack of help from national guardsmen and women, who are in Iraq.

Tod Bunting, adjutant general of the Kansas National Guard, talks to Alex Cohen about how the war in Iraq is affecting disaster assistance efforts.
