High Court Revisits Guantanamo Detainee Rights

This week, the Supreme Court takes up the case of whether the Guantanamo detainees have the right of habeas corpus, the right to challenge their detention in court. The first two times the high court examined the issue, it ruled against the Bush administration, Nina Totenberg tells Liane Hansen.
