  • The sculptural relief combines the dimensionality of sculpture with the compositional demands of drawing to create an exciting artistic challenge. In this course students will make three relief sculptures, each of varying depths (a low-relief, mid-relief and high-relief). We will work with the model as well as with drapery in order to study the way form can be compressed from full dimensionality into low and mid relief.
