Eat - Drink - Make a Difference Limitless Adventures is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides outdoor recreational experiences for people with disabilities. We operate within the Greater San Diego area. Hiking is our most frequent recreational activity, but we offer other activities throughout the year. To date, we have organized surfing, kayaking, rock climbing, tennis, yoga, and exercise classes! Our organization was founded on the belief that everyone, regardless of ability, deserves to experience the beauty of nature and all of its benefits. We aspire to create an inclusive, social community in which our participants have fun and build lasting friendships. April 2025 marks 50 years since the end of the Vietnam War. In Washington, D.C., a new art exhibit offers counter-narratives of what it means to be Vietnamese American.

In this hands-on professional development workshop, educators will learn two creative projects, based on contemporary art practices, that integrate Social Emotional Learning (SEL). Participants will explore how these art forms can encourage self-expression, emotional processing, and social connection in the classroom. The session will also introduce the ArtReach Learning Portal, offering resources and tools to support SEL-focused art education. Upcycle Your Own Item! Learn to Carve & Block Print! Choose from upcoming dates: Thursday, March 6, 6-8 p.m. -or- Thursday, May 1, 6-8 p.m. Have you ever wanted to print your own designs on shirts and bags?! In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn the art of relief printing! Students will learn to design and carve their own linoleum stamp and block print an image onto fabric. We invite you to upcycle fabric from your own wardrobe or home for this class, so grab a well-loved favorite item or something that could use a fun refresh and begin imagining some fun designs you might carve and print! Because this class focuses on upcycling, please bring your own fabric to block print on. This can be clothing, a tote bag or something else. You may bring more than one item and the instructor can help you choose which to print on in class. We recommend you avoid fabrics that are especially thin, like satins and silks. All other tools and materials needed for this class will be supplied for use.
