The Fleet Science Center offers Science Clubs for grades 5-8! Investigate exciting science topics on the second weekend of each month. Each session will be filled with new challenges, hands-on activities that can be done using materials found in your home and has challenges for students of all ages. Through this program students will explore an array of fields including biology, chemistry, engineering, environmental science, physics, robotics and much more! November Topic: Volcanoes Discuss the different layers of the earth and discover how tectonic plates create different types of volcanoes. • Saturday Science Club for Girls is held the second Saturday of the month from noon to 2 p.m. for girls in grades 5 to 8. Register here! • Sunday Science Club is held the second Sunday of the month from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday classes are co-ed for grades 5 to 8. Register here!
