In the spirit of discovering and spreading ideas, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called "TEDxEncinitasBlvd," where x = independently organized TED event. At our "TEDxEncinitasBlvd" event, TED Talks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.   • During our "adults only" Chocolate Making Classes you will learn, create, eat and laugh! Our hands-on chocolate making classes are about 1 ½- 2 hours long and limited to 12 students. There you will learn the basics of working with chocolate, create your own bark, molded chocolates and more. During class, students will play with favorite flavors like salted caramel and peanut butter cup and select monthly themed flavors made by chocolatier Michelle Lomelin.
