Juneteenth celebration honors Black art at Chula Vista library

Juneteenth in San Diego means festivals, barbeques and block parties across the region. All to celebrate the end of slavery in the United States. At one public library, KPBS South Bay reporter Kori Suzuki says, a quieter celebration was also happening.
