Prosecutors and defense lawyers returned to court yesterday for a hearing in the criminal case against reputed drug lord Francisco Xavier Arellano-Felix. As leader of the infamous Arellano-Felix cartel in Tijuana, Xavier is accused of racketeering, drug trafficking and money laundering.
