Local editors discuss the president's recent speeches on terrorism, San Diego's financial reform, and a proposal to build a stadium for the Chargers in National City.

This week, President Bush has refocused the nation's attention on the war on terrorism with a series of speeches and the announcement that he has sent a group of high-ranking terror suspects to Guantanamo Bay prison. Is the nation safer now than five years ago?

Also, the San Diego City Council approved Mayor Jerry Sanders' remediation plan. Will the council make any changes to the mayor's recommendations?
