Here is a behind the scenes video of the Media Arts Center's Teen Producers Project. Check out their screening today at 4pm at the new MACSD office at 2921 El Cajon Blvd.

The Teen Producers Project is a wonderful program that not only trains teens on new digital technology but also teaches them to be critical viewers of mainstream media. I want to thank Teen Producer Josue White who actually shot some of the video used in my San Diego Week story, and to all the Teen Producers who worked so hard on the Dream Act documentary. Kudos to all.

ANd a special congratulations to Trevor Seines who is not only going to be an intern at MACSD but who also won a national grant from PBS’ "P.O.V." series and Adobe Youth Voices. A talented group of kids and I hope you will come out to support them.
