Take me Home: Information and Registration Program

In partnership with the County of San Diego Sheriff’s Office, the Take Me Home registration event supports you by sharing practical tips to manage wandering behavior by people living with dementia. Learn more about the reasons why people with dementia wander and ways to reduce the risk. The Sheriff’s Department will explain how the Take Me Home program operates, and share success stories. This online class is presented by local nonprofit Alzheimer's San Diego. Pre-registration is required.
