As the November election approaches, Congress appears up for grabs and people around the country are asking, “What does Karl Rove have up his sleeve this time?” Some people believe the Republican uber-strategist has used up his bag of tricks. Some see his influence falling in sync with the falling popularity of George W. Bush.
Texas reporters James Moore and Wayne Slater have written two books about Karl Rove detailing his enormous influence and power. Their first one was called Bush’s Brain. The latest one is called The Architect: Karl Rove and the Master Plan for Absolute Power.
Jim Moore will be signing copies of his book tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the Coronado Public Library.
