Throughout the latest election with its use of electronic machines, there’s been a rumble of suspicion. Will the machines record votes accurately? Will those votes be counted correctly? Could there be tampering with the machines or the ballots? In other words, was this election honest with verifiable results? At least one person has doubts and is acting upon them. Gloria Penner talks with a Carlsbad attorney who is pursuing concerns about the legitimacy of a post-election tally, which he says is required to certify the vote count.
