Talk Continues about Banning Alcohol on Beaches

Tom Fudge:  Tonight, the Beach Alcohol Task Force meets in the Santa Clara Recreation Center to talk about drinking on the beach. The task force was created by the City Council to study the range of alcohol-related problems in communities like Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. Joining me to talk about drinking on the beach, and related issues, are two members of the Beach Alcohol Task Force.
