he 18th Annual Earth Day festival kicks off Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Balboa Park. Chase has spent the last 18 years in San Diego organizing Earth Day. KPBS Anchor Dwane Brown asked Chase what that poster would look like today.
