Chargers Mediocre Record Has Many Fans Wondering Who's to Blame

Tom Fudge: The Chargers are 5-5. Now, a few years ago that would have been reason to celebrate. But after last year's 14-and-2 season, this year's Charger news has fans in the dumps. Something seems to be different about the team this year, and there's a big debate over what that is. Is it Norv Turner? Is it the new staff of assistant coaches? Are the guys on the field not trying hard enough?
