Proposed Education Budget Cuts and the Affect on Local Schools

Maureen Cavanaugh: The state budget cuts that threaten the jobs of hundreds of San Diego teachers are turning some teachers into activists. There was a teacher demonstration in downtown San Diego over the weekend, and some rallies have taken place. Students and parents are also getting into act.
