Tom Fudge: The ongoing discussion about whether seals or children should be using Children's Pool in La Jolla has been a subject of public debate. But it's also been the subject of many court battles that focus on the donation of the beach to the city, and on laws that protect sea mammals. And it looks like the judges are siding with the kids. Does that mean "hasta la vista, baby" for the seals?
