My first experience with comics started and will likely end with Wonder Woman ! My family was watching television at my grandma's house and my mother came in and switched the channel (there were only three channels back then), and the Wonder Woman theme song started and stars shot out of the television. I was hooked! A couple days later she introduced me to The Super Friends. The Super Friends were great because it was Wonder Woman with a bunch of Superboys!! YUM! Finally she got me a comic book and it was Wonder Woman Issue 230 (pictured left). I loved it because there she was on the printed page and not a flickering image on a TV screen, I could hold her in my hands and stare at her for hours. So began my love affair with comic books.
