Maureen Cavanaugh: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton summed up her failed run for the presidency last year as a race that put cracks into the glass ceiling. That see-through barrier has been blamed for stopping women from gaining real power in business and politics. It's the adult version of the "No Girls Allowed" sign on the clubhouse door.
Although there are now big cracks in the glass ceiling, many women are still getting headaches trying to break through. So advice from women who have already made the treacherous and sometimes painful journey is always welcome.
