To give a 5-year-old leukemia patient in remission the day of a lifetime, the Make-a-Wish Foundation teamed up with thousands of volunteers to turn San Francisco into Gotham City. Miles Scott, or 'Batikd,' got to run around the city fighting crime to save a damsel in distress. Public media station KQED captured all of the fun in the Storify below.
