Dozens Killed in Istanbul Blasts

Two powerful explosions rock Istanbul, Turkey, killing at least 25 people, including British Consul General Roger Short, and wounding nearly 400. The targets include the British consulate and a British bank. The blasts follow deadly bombings at two Istanbul synagogues last weekend. NPR's Bob Edwards talks with Newsweek reporter Owen Matthews.
