James Baker Begins European Trip to Ease Iraqi Debt

Former Secretary of State James Baker is setting off on a week-long mission to Europe to try to persuade countries to ease Iraq's estimated $120 billion debt burden. His job could be difficult, due to the unpopularity of the Iraq war among Europeans. But experts say Saddam Hussein's capture may aid Baker's task. NPR's Michele Kelemen reports.
