U.N. Struggles with Iraq Projects

The United Nations is trying to pursue a number of big projects in Iraq, including the dredging of the country's only major seaport. But the withdrawal of expatriate staff last August -- following a deadly bombing of U.N. headquarters in Baghdad -- has slowed down the projects. NPR's Emily Harris reports.
