Iraqi President Jalal Talabani travels to Tehran, a trip delayed two days by a curfew imposed on Baghdad after last week's violence. This visit is the latest in a series of contacts between the governments of Iraq and Iran, following by two months Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki's trip to Tehran.
