Camp Pendleton's 1/5 Makes Documentary (Video)

When Camp Pendleton's 1st Battalion, 5th Marines was deployed to Sangin, Afghanistan in April 2011, the troops took along a combat camera with them. The 1/5 returned to California in October, and with them came the indelible images from the war in Afghanistan.

I have to thank the Marine Corps Times' Battle Rattle Blog for bringing the documentary the 1/5 produced, called "Make Peace or Die" to my attention. It's just 17 minutes long, but it will knock your socks off. As Battle Rattle blogger Gina Cavallaro puts it:
