The online petition to get Rush Limbaugh's controversial radio program off the Armed Forces Radio Network hit its goal of 25,000 signatures this morning. By hitting that mark, the White House now must respond to the petition's call to cancel Limbaugh's program on the government-sponsored network.

Interestingly enough, Limbaugh supporters have put together their own online petition, urging the White House to keep Limbaugh's program on Armed Forces Radio. At this writing, that petition has 676 of the 25,000 signatures it needs to get the White House to respond. That petition says:
