Marine Corps Battle Color Detachment Performing At Camp Pendleton On March 15

The Battle Color Detachment of the Marine Corps is scheduled to perform next Friday, March 15, at Camp Pendleton.

A Camp Pendleton news release states the Battle Color Detachment will perform at 10:30 a.m. on the 11 Area football field, and again at 3:30 p.m. on the 52 Upper Parade Deck.

Both performances are free and open to the public. (Civilians need to bring their personal I.D., and vehicle identification info to get on base.)

The United States Marine Drum and Bugle Corps, The Silent Drill Platoon, and The Color Guard of the Marine Corps make up the Battle Color Detachment. The Detachment, based in Washington D.C., performs at hundreds of times each year throughout the world.
