Paul Bremer, the top American administrator in Iraq, meets with Bush administration officials in Washington. The talks focus on ways to speed up plans for a new Iraqi constitution and democratic elections. Bremer tells reporters he remains confident in the U.S.-appointed Iraqi Governing Council.
