Bremer Discusses Iraq Plans with White House

Paul Bremer, the top American administrator in Iraq, meets with Bush administration officials in Washington. The talks focus on ways to speed up plans for a new Iraqi constitution and democratic elections. Bremer tells reporters he remains confident in the U.S.-appointed Iraqi Governing Council. NPR's Michele Kelemen reports.
