Rescuers Drill Hole to Reach Trapped Miners

Rescue efforts continued through the night to reach 13 coal miners trapped 260 feet below ground in West Virginia's Sago mine.

Part of the effort includes drilling a hole above ground into the area where the miners are trapped, so that workers can test air quality and possibly communicate with the miners.

Emily Corio of West Virginia Public Broadcasting reports.
