Cleveland Plain Dealer reporter Joanna Connors was raped in 1984. Over the course of twenty years, she struggled to reclaim her life, and put her attacker behind bars.
A series of writings by the reporter, "Beyond Rape: A Survivor's Journey, " takes readers inside Connor's trauma and describes how her life has changed since. In a recent interview, the woman behind the story talks about her path to healing, and the surprising things she discovered about her attacker along the way.
