The Gaslamp Quarter restaurant and bar will have food and drink specials available, all day, with proceeds to be donated to a staff member, from a sister location – Sandbar, whose family was impacted by the fires.   • As part of Black Student Success Week, the California Community Colleges and ICanGoToCollege.com campaign are hosting a series of daily webinars called “The Student Hour.” These virtual events are designed to reach current and prospective college students, including high schoolers and older students who are considering enrolling or re-enrolling, as well as parents and other influencers. The webinars will provide important information regarding resources available to help students succeed, including financial aid, basic needs programs and services, financial literacy, career exploration, guaranteed transfer to a four-year university, and more.
