Start: Meet us at 1:30 p.m. at Bird Park (northeast corner of Balboa Park, Upas Street and 28th Street). We roll out at 2 p.m. sharp! End: Our ride will finish around 3 p.m. at the Pride Festival on the West Mesa of Balboa Park. What to bring? - Your bike! (and a helmet!) - Your most fabulous Pride outfit! This week, rep your favorite tropical shirt or dress to enjoy the joyful, laid-back music of Island Mist Band! Representing the Mariana Islands — Guam, Saipan, Tinian, and Rota — this talented group features Janice on guitar, Lilly and Robert on ukuleles, and Benni on U-Bass. Members of the House of Chamorros at Balboa Park, the band has been sharing their “Island Style” music for over six years. Come dance and listen to the blend of Chamorro, Hawaiian, traditional, nostalgic, and contemporary songs, perfect for celebrating a summer evening! A bar with craft beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, and light snacks will be available each night. Guests are also welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks.   • Lambda Archives invites you to march with us in this year’s San Diego Pride Parade. We'll be proudly carrying our 50-foot transgender flag as we celebrate our community together. We're looking for community members to help us carry the flag and march alongside Lambda Archives. Whether you've marched with us before or this is your first time, we'd love to have you join us.
