Attendees will enjoy an all-levels yoga flow along the bay lead by Veterans Yoga Project, followed by refreshments, resources for women veterans, a luncheon with inspirational guest speaker, goal-setting workshop, and swag bags for each guest. Guests will have the option to continue the fun after the event with a complimentary kayak or SUP rental on Mission Bay.Tickets are complimentary for women veterans and active-duty military, but RSVP is required.
