We will paint from a life model on location at La Jolla Shores. Students are also welcome to draw instead of paint from the model if they prefer. Materials: Oil paints: Alizarin Crimson, Cadmium Red Medium, Cadmium Yellow Medium, Cadmium Lemon,* Phthalo Blue, Ultramarine Blue, Titanium White (large tube,) Cadmium Orange Pure. Brushes: Robert Simmons white natural bristle flat # 40F, sizes 2,3, 4, and 6, and a small, pointed sable brush for detail; small steel palette knife.
