Luz Shepard has enjoyed learning a variety of art styles throughout her life, but over the past 30 years, she has focused on pastels and Sumi-e. Shepard’s art is inspired by the beautiful nature of San Diego, and some of her favorite drawing and paintings are of the epiphyllum flowers in her own backyard.
