The OB Street Fair & Chili Cook-Off presented by Buzz Cannabis is Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the 4800-5000 blocks of Newport Avenue and along the waterfront. Free parking is available at the Sun Runner parking lot on Sea World Drive on Pacific Coast Highway. Trolley services will run from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. There is also a free bike valet at the intersection of Bacon Street and Newport Avenue.
