Join Yoga Jawn for The Good Energy Club: Sunset Bay Sessions, a donation-based outdoor movement experience held on the shores of Mission Bay at sunset. These sessions are more than just yoga. They’re an invitation to move, breathe, connect, and recharge with community. Expect a feel-good flow (accessible for all levels), moments of stillness, and a whole lot of good energy as we wind down the day together. What to expect:
 • All-levels movement inspired by yoga, Pilates, and mindful mobility
 • Gentle music, calming views, and open-hearted community
 • The perfect sunset setting to decompress and reset This is a donation-based class. Donations are never required, always appreciated. Come as you are, bring a friend (or come solo, you’ll leave with some), and soak up that good bay energy. Location: Thursdays - Mission Bay (Tecolote shores, between the two playgrounds under the palm trees), Sundays - 
Playa Pacifica Park Time: Thursdays and Sundays at 6 p.m. Bring: A mat or towel, water, and whatever makes you comfortable (props, blanket, layers) Everyone is welcome.
