  • The 42nd annual San Diego St. Patrick's Day Parade and Festival in beautiful Balboa Park, San Diego. This year, we are celebrating Unity with Peace in Ireland and Beyond. The event’s main attraction is the parade, which starts at 10:30 a.m., and features about 100 entries complete with marching bands, bagpipers, traditional Irish dancers, police and fire departments, clowns, and dignitaries. The festival (9 a.m. – 6 p.m.) will host a main stage for Irish music from local bands, food and drink, vendors, info booths, kids zone, and fun for the entire family. $10 entry for 21 and over. Under 21 and active duty military with I.D. are free. This is a great way to celebrate Irish heritage and culture.
