In 2020, in the midst of COVID I was feeling very unfulfilled in my personal relationship and my career. I am use to setting and achieving goals each year, which was difficult to do when the world shut down. I joined Lisane's program and I'm so happy I did. It gave me the jumpstart to make huge changes in my life. With her support, I finally obtained my Crossfit L-1 Trainer Certificate.Something I was trying to achieve for a few years but limiting beliefs held me back. From there it was a domino effect. I moved back to NYC, found my dream job, let go of a relationship that was draining my soul and relocated to Florida to start a beautiful new chapter in my life. Yes, I put in the work but Lisane provided the tools, guidance, support and her beautiful kindness. She hears what you are saying and helps to reframe thoughts so you can continue moving forward. If you are willing to put in the work, Lisane's programs are worth joining. I will forever be grateful.-Cheryl F.Shaping Freedom on Facebook / Instagram
