Bring your guests to visit the working art studios and meet artists, see demonstrations, collect one-of-a-kind creations, take a class, and enjoy the unique atmosphere. Their 36 working artist studios, galleries and art guilds host over 200 local juried artists. The Center offers classes, workshops and art camps all year long. Best known for his celebrated Soundsuits, elaborate full-body sculptures that merge art, fashion, and social commentary, Cave creates work that speaks to issues of identity, race, and healing. His work "Rescue," from the Museum’s permanent collection, is currently on view in the Art of the Americas galleries, offering audiences a chance to experience his practice firsthand. The program will begin with a talk by the artist reflecting on his body of work, followed by a conversation-style interview and an audience Q&A.
