Parade & Festival Location and Parade Route Maps Shuttle runs approximately every 30 minutes between 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Park at Inspiration Point parking lot on Park Blvd and Presidents Way (old Navy hospital parking on east side of Balboa Park).
