  • The Coronado Philharmonia Orchestra presents a violin and harp duet, on Friday, April 21 at 1 p.m. Ciara Dabkoswski (violin) and Stefan Wendel (harp) will be playing "Saint-Saens' Fantaisie" for Violin & Harp, "Piazzolla's Histoire du Tango", and "Kreutzer-Boscha's Nocturne No.1" in Bb. Stefan Wendel and Ciara Dabkowski are a violin and harp duo from San Diego, CA. They met playing for the Villa Musica Summer Orchestra in 2016 and regularly perform together in various ensembles, including the Coronado Philharmonia, City Ballet Orchestra, and La Jolla Symphony. Stefan received his degree in harp performance from the Royal Academy of Music in London and now serves as principal harpist with the City Ballet Orchestra while pursuing a graduate degree in Mathematics. Ciara received her degree in Mathematics from UCSD and in addition to her career as a software engineer, serves as orchestra manager and librarian for both the City Ballet Orchestra and Villa Musica Summer Orchestra.
