The Pet-Tacular Pooch Fun Run, presented by Southpaw Vet, will take place Saturday, July 5, from 6:30 - 10:30 a.m. Humans who register in advance — registration is required and open online now — for the event can also enjoy a full-day admission to the Fair (without their dog) on any day of their choosing. The event will also feature a festival with contests and a dog-centric vendor village, complete with products, accessories and services for humans and canines alike. Compete in our fun dog contests, race around the Fairgrounds, and enjoy a morning of fresh air and activity with your dog! It's the perfect way to get your day started on the right paw. Run or walk around the fairgrounds before the Fair opens, experiencing the area in a fun and unique way with your dog. Snap a selfie with your pup with the Ferris Wheel as your backdrop! Participate in contests with your dog for the chance to win ribbons, bragging rights, and cheers from fellow dog lovers.
