Treasured favorites returning to the Holiday in the Village event include the cherished “Selfies with Santa”, strolling carolers, holiday performances by local schools, clubs and more, fun-themed holiday stilt walkers – perfect for selfies, and an “Elf Yourself” station where guests can outfit themselves in whimsical elf ears. The event will also feature a variety of food vendors selling fresh popped kettle corn, hot food items, beverages and more, plus a fresh new variety of vendors to shop for unique holiday gifts! And, as the sun goes down, relax with friends and family around cozy fire pits and take in all the merriment of the season that surrounds you in downtown La Mesa. "We are so excited for this year's event! We love our community and are truly grateful for the support they give throughout the year,” says Pam Rader and Michelle Huey, co-chairs for this year's event. “As a giveback to our community, ALL of our activities are FREE!
