Witness the incredible story of surfers in Gaza who find personal freedom and joy amid enduring occupation and conflict. We will have food and drinks to purchase including offerings from a local Palestinian vendor. About Queer Surf Queer Surf is a California-based community organization aimed at making the ocean more accessible through knowledge sharing and skill building. Founded in 2015 by former professional surfer Kyla Langen and insatiable boogie boarder/mental health professional Nic Brise, Queer Surf reduces barriers and helps the LGBTQ+ community navigate all aspects of ocean recreation.
