  • Tides of Tranquility - Sound Bath & Group Reiki Join us for Tides of Tranquility, a soothing sound bath and group reiki experience set against the serene backdrop of Mission Bay. As the sun begins to set, we’ll flow with the rhythm of the water, releasing what no longer serves and inviting in renewal, peace, and balance. Led by a Certified Sound Healer: I'm a certified sound bath healer, Reiki practitioner, and trauma-informed wellness guide. I’ll guide you through a relaxing journey using crystal bowls and ambient healing sounds to help calm the nervous system and connect with your inner self. What to Bring: This is an outdoor event please bring anything that will help you feel cozy and safe, including: - Yoga mat - Pillow or bolster - Blanket - Eye mask or scarf - Jacket or layers (it may get chilly near the water) - Water and an open heart Location Details: The exact Mission Bay location will be emailed to you after registration. Materials: Newsprint pad, 18” x 24”; soft vine charcoal; kneaded eraser. You are welcome to bring along any materials not on the list that you already have and would like to use.   • Visions Museum of Textile Art, located in the heart of Liberty Station's Arts District, celebrates and advances contemporary quilting and textile art through exhibitions that explore cultural traditions, contemporary relevance, and innovative creativity. From May-October, experience "We Are Voices of Other Voices," a collaboration between Zapotec artisans and contemporary artists blending traditional craftsmanship with modern expression.
