There are many variations of designs for these vessels, and many options for surface design. We will explore texture using tools and objects to create unique designs and shapes that will dazzle your plants and bring the beauty to your home. Each student may create up to three holders. Your pieces will then be fired as-is (no glaze) for a natural, earthen aesthetic. If you’d like to make more than three plant holders during class and have time remaining, additional holders can be made for a $5 fee. Projects will be ready to pick up 3-4 weeks after class. No experience necessary. All materials and tools provided. Ages 12+ years or 6+ years with an adult. We recommend that each student bring an apron to wear and an older towel or a cloth rag. • Military, first responders and sibling discounts. • Scholarships available. • Homeschool funds accepted. • If this class is full, join the Interest List to be notified. • If you would like to be notified of future offerings, join the Interest List to be notified when new dates or spaces are available.
