  • Join us at ArtReach Studio HQ for an egg dyeing workshop! Pysanky are traditional Ukrainian Easter eggs that are decorated with a wax resist technique. Many of pre-Christian design elements on pysanky can be traced back to early Slavic cultures, while others date back to the Paleolithic era. Throughout the workshop we will dive into the history of this beautiful art form of pysanky making and will look together at the symbols that were commonly used in order to create a message, a wish, for the upcoming year. Then we will create our own designs with our own messages in mind. We kindly ask that adults actively participate in this art activity alongside any child under the age of 11.
