Celebrate San Diego Civic Youth Ballet’s 80th Anniversary Season with the joy and spirit of “The Nutcracker.” Journey with Clara and her Nutcracker Prince through a daring battle with mischievous mice to a shimmering world of swirling snow and finally, to the enchanted Land of the Sweets, where sparkling confections, waltzing flowers, and the dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy bring the holiday season to life. A beloved tradition for audiences of all ages, directed by SDCYB Artistic Director Danika Pramik-Holdaway, and set to Tchaikovsky’s timeless musical score, this production runs from December 10 to 21, 2025 at the historic Casa del Prado Theater in Balboa Park.
